Appzito Technologies provides web and mobile application development, website development, digital marketing, and related technology services. The scope, deliverables, timelines, and costs of any project are defined in a separate written proposal or agreement mutually accepted by both parties.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any content, credentials, or access required to complete the project. Delays in providing such materials may affect delivery timelines. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you supply does not infringe the rights of third parties.
4. Payments & Fees
Fees, payment schedules, and milestones are specified in the project agreement. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are payable within the agreed period. We reserve the right to pause work on a project where payments are overdue.
5. Project Delivery & Revisions
We strive to deliver every project on schedule and to the agreed specification. A reasonable number of revisions is included as defined in your agreement; additional changes beyond the agreed scope may be subject to further charges.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of the final custom deliverables produced specifically for your project transfers to you, unless stated otherwise. Appzito Technologies retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, and reusable components used to build your solution, and may showcase completed work in its portfolio unless a confidentiality agreement states otherwise.
7. Warranties & Disclaimers
Our services are provided on a professional, best-effort basis. Except as expressly stated in a written agreement, the website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Appzito Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of a project and to use it solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed services.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate a project in accordance with the terms of the applicable agreement. Fees for work completed up to the date of termination remain payable.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Uttar Pradesh, India.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website and services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
